All creative production, commercial cinematography, color grading, and video editing services are governed by formal project agreements or agreed scopes of work. Booking a studio slot via our website constitutes a reservation request subject to confirmation and availability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original portfolio films, cinematography showreels, journal articles, branding designs, and code architectures are the intellectual property of ARRUSCLICK and Mohammad Ariful Islam.

Client Logos & Brand Trademarks: Client trademarks and brand logos displayed across the portfolio remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

4. Acceptable Use of Editor Tools

Our browser-based editor tools and downloader utilities are provided for lawful, personal, and creative workflows. You agree not to use these tools to process illegal content, infringe third-party copyrights, distribute malicious code, or attempt to circumvent security protections.

5. Limitation of Liability

ARRUSCLICK strives for uninterrupted service availability and tool accuracy. However, services and digital resources are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
