Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products & Creator Assets

Due to the immediate delivery nature of downloadable digital files (such as LUT packs, sound effects, motion graphics templates, and film grain overlays):

• Non-Refundable After Download: Once a secure download token has been generated and accessed, digital purchases are generally non-refundable.
• Defective or Inaccessible Files: If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to function as advertised, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will replace the file or issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
• Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same digital asset, contact our support with the transaction reference for an immediate refund.

2. Studio Bookings & Creative Production

• Rescheduling: Studio sessions and creative consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the individual project agreement and studio availability upon timely written notice.
• Cancellations: Booking deposits or project retainers cover reserved studio dates and production preparation. Cancellation terms are specified in the individual project agreement.

3. Physical Merchandise & Equipment Offers

• Order Cancellation: Physical orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to handover to courier delivery.
• Damaged / Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with a photo/video unboxing for immediate exchange or refund.
